Registration & Housing
Below is important information regarding Convention '09 registration and housing: 
Registration Deadlines:
May 28: Registration is available at noon ET. Credit card payment is required for online registration. Note: A waitlist for tour suppliers is anticipated to form.
July 9: Early-bird registration deadline for suppliers and DMOs to receive 2008 registration fees
July 9: Early-bird registration deadline for tour operators, required for rebate eligibility
July 9: Deadline for tour operators to update Convention profile form to be eligible for rebate
Aug. 7: Deadline for corporate partners, transportation providers and associate members to register
Registration Fees:
Note: All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars

| Regular: $330 (Registration and payment received after July 9) | |
| Tour Supplier/DMO: | Early-bird: $1,090 (Registration and payment received by July 9) |
| Regular: $1,190 (Registration and payment received after July 9) | |
| Non-participating: $1,090 | |
| Associate: | $1,760 includes exhibit booth (one booth per company) |
| Motorcoach Display: | $2,500 includes motorcoach display |
| Educator Member: | $220 |
The registration fee is per person and includes official programmed events, materials, social events and meal functions. The fee does not include transportation, housing or fundraising events, such as the Tourism Rocks event. Members may use credit cards to pay their registration fees. NTA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

- Payment must be sent with registration.
- Day or partial registrations are not available for sale.
- A limited number of event passes will be available for sale on site in Reno.
- Attendees must be at least 18 years of age and an employee or contractor of the member organization and must receive income for his/her service and/or serve as a member of the organization's governing body.
- Changes to the original registration must be submitted to NTA in writing. Changes will not be accepted by phone.
