Convention and Online Profiles
Keeping your online member profile up-to-date is important any time, but in particular, it is extremely important to update your profile prior to Convention appointment scheduling. Potential partners use your profile to determine if they want to meet with you. So, your Convention appointments are likely to be better quality if you've taken the time to make sure your profile reflects your business accurately.

Profile Form Guidelines for Tour Suppliers and DMOs
Not to be confused with your online profile, tour suppliers and DMOs also have a Convention profile they should use on site in Reno. These profiles can be shared with tour operators during the Destination Pavilion, Fast Pitch and Tour & Travel Exchange appointments. During these times, the form and your business card is the only information you can distribute, so the information included on your company's Convention profile form is extremely important.
Convention Profile Form Basics
When preparing your company profile form, use the following basic format:
- Forms must be typewritten.
- Forms may not exceed one page, front and back.
- Forms should be three-hole punched.
Distribution of Convention Profile Forms
- Forms should be distributed during each business appointment.
- Forms can be distributed during the open appointment sessions on Monday, as well as any time during the Destination Pavilion, Fast Pitch and Tour & Travel Exchange.
- Bring approximately 400 copies of your profile form to Reno. You do not need to send a copy to NTA Headquarters prior to Convention.
- Unlike profile forms, business cards can be distributed at any time (bring no fewer than 500).
- Please note that the distribution of any materials other than your profile form and business cards is not allowed during the Destination Pavilion, Fast Pitch and Tour & Travel Exchange.
