Important Deadlines:
- Customized appointment schedules will be posted online November 1.
- Direct Request Appointment Scheduling system opens November 1.
- Sightseeing sign-ups end November 5.
- Housing deadline is Novemebr 5.

The registration fee is per person and includes official programmed events, materials, social events and meal functions. The fee does not include transportation, housing or fundraising events, such as Tourism Rocks Members may use credit cards to pay their registration fees. NTA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

- Day or partial registrations are not available for sale.
- A limited number of event passes will be available for sale on site in Montreal.
- Attendees must be at least 18 years of age and an employee or contractor of the member organization and must receive income for his/her service and/or serve as a member of the organization's governing body.
- Changes to the original registration must be submitted to NTA in writing. Changes will not be accepted by phone.
