Shop, eat and walk around the seaside city. | | Monday, Aug. 1 | | | Morning | Grab some breakfast and coffee as you relax before the Sightseeing Tours at 10 a.m. | | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Pick a Sightseeing Tour to attend! You can explore Block Island, visit Providence, see the South Country and much more. | | 7-10 p.m. | Kick off Contact at the evening Icebreaker. Sponsored by Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, the event dishes up a real taste of the state. | | Tuesday, Aug. 2 | | | Morning | A Rhode Island breakfast will give you energy for the day. The educational sessions begin and will continue until lunch. Don't forget to choose your track! | | 12:15-1:30 p.m. | Enjoy lunch with your colleagues, on us! | | Afternoon | More professional development sessions continue until 4:30 p.m. | | Evening | A wine and cheese reception, followed by a dine-around, end the day. Choose which Newport restaurant you'd like to try and we will shuttle you there! | | Wednesday, Aug. 3 | | | Morning | Grab a bite of breakfast (it's complimentary) before you head off to the educational sessions.
