NTA will be a leading connection point between consumers and members.

- Increase consumer awareness of NTA and packaged travel.
- Increase consumers' usage of NTA members.
- Increase consumers' use of NTA Web site as a tool to find NTA travel product.
- Increase consumer media's use of NTA as a resource.

NTA will serve as a knowledge and information clearinghouse for the packaged travel industry.
Objectives:
- Increase participation in CTP and member education offerings.
- Produce research on industry trends and best practices.
- Improve communication on regulation.
- Improve communication on current events.
- Improve communication on trends (research).
- Identify and increase measurements for ROI, e.g. establish metrics and track results for the packaged travel industry.
