think before you print
You can insert NTA's "Keep it Green" graphic at the bottom of your e-mail signatures as a reminder to think before you print e-mail messages. Here is how you can add this to your e-mail signature:
- 1. Save this graphic where you can find it later
2. In Outlook, go to Tools, then Options, then Mail Format
3. Make sure the box at the top of the screen that says "compose this e-mail in" reads RICH TEXT
4. Go to edit your signature
5. Select your signature
6. Select Advanced Edit - this should open your signature in a word document
7. Go to the bottom of your signature and select insert - from file - and select the attached graphic that you have saved
8. You may want to size the graphic down somewhat.
9. Click on it and size it by grabbing one of the corners of the picture box.
10. Save the word document as the same name your signature is saved
11.When you next open a new e-mail, the graphic should appear.
