Poland Product Development Trip
NTA began its 2007 Product Development Trip season with a stop in Poland, May 19-27.
The trip began in Warsaw and then headed to Czestochowa where the 10 participating tour operators got to see the famous Black Madonna Shrine. The group visited Auschwitz, Krakow, Wieliczka and a 700-year-old salt mine that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Participants then headed to the foot of the Tatra Mountains, took a boat ride down the Dunajec River and enjoyed Pieniny Mountains National Park.
NTA would like to thank Marion Cockayne of Travel With Marion in Bristol, Connecticut, for all of her hard work in putting together the Poland Product Development Trip, which provided participating tour operators a great look at this fantastic country and offerer new product ideas.
