Associate Requirements and Fees
The Applicant shall:
- provide a product or service that enhances the quality or safety of a tour operator.
- not be eligible for membership in another category of NTA membership.
- be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
The Approval Process for Associate Membership
When a completed application is submitted to NTA, the approval process consists of several levels of staff review and takes approximately 2-4 days.
Please note the following in regards to the application process:
- Upon approval of your membership application, membership fees become non-refundable.
- Your complete application must be submitted prior to the last working day of February in order to be eligible for a listing in the Membership Directory.
- Associate members are eligible to purchase display space at the Annual Convention, however, this space is accorded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fees must be submitted in U.S. funds and accompany application.
