ACP Rail International, the exclusive supplier of the BritRail product line and a leading supplier of Eurail, Scandinavian Rail and European country passes is offering NTA members 9% commission on the following rail products:

To make it easier for NTA members to receive the commission override, ACP Rail International has created a dedicated toll free number for NTA members. To book these products, NTA members should:
- Call 866.432.2056
- Give them your NTA Company ID
- Furnish ACP staff with booking details, names etc.
- A handling fee, depending on delivery deadline, will be added to all orders. Handling fees vary from $13-25.
ACP Rail International also has a net rate program in place that will offer net rates on most products. In order to qualify for these rates, members will be required to meet certain criteria's such as sales targets, marketing materials, financial and contractual requirements. ACP Travel Secrets packages are also offering an attractive commission of 15 percent on all Air Inclusive and Land Only package to Britain and Europe. To take advantage of this offer, members MUST identify themselves as an NTA member.

Refunds/Cancellations:
Refunds will be granted if:
- The unvalidated Pass, unused ticket or original exchange coupon or voucher is returned to the office from which it was purchased within 6 months from the date of issue.
- Passes or tickets must bear no evidence of having been tampered with in any way.
- No refund can be made in Britain or Europe.
- No refund can be made if the Pass or Ticket cannot be produced.
- Refunds are not given on validated Passes or tickets once the commencement date has been reached.
- Where a Pass forms part of an inclusive Tour Package, it is not separately refundable.
- Generally a minimum 15% cancellation fee is imposed on unused Passes or Tickets.
- Special offers are not refundable.
- Neither the Participating Operators not their Agents can accept any responsibility for any failure in the provision of any special offers included.
- Refunds must be returned to original office of issuance.
- Refunds should not be returned to the Freepost address.
- Seat and Sleeper reservations are non refundable.
- Secrets packages have separate rules due to some package elements such as airline tickets and sightseeing having little or no refund value.
General Conditions for all Rail Passes:
- Validated passes which include days when no train service operates (Christmas, etc.) will be extended by the number of days when no service operates.
- First Class Pass holders should note that some trains provide standard accommodation only. This is allowed for in the pricing of the First Class Pass.
- BritRail Passes are valid from 00:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs (Midnight to Midnight) on a chosen day of travel.
- If a pass holder is traveling on an overnight train containing sleeper accommodation, the next days date must be inserted.
The BritRail Pass and the BritRail FlexiPass (First Class and Standard Class) allows travel on all scheduled trains of Participating Operators in Great Britain (or temporary replacement road services).
