1. To request group reservations:

2. Group definition:
A group is defined as 20 or more full-fare guests. One free escort ticket for each 20 guests. A group must be booked through the Amtrak Group Desk.
3. Price:
10% off the lowest available fare at the time of booking, includes coach and sleeping accommodation charges. When making reservations, request fares order X560.
4. Ticketing:
Must be ticketed at an Amtrak Station or tickets ordered by mail through Amtrak.
5. Blackouts:
Subject to fare plan used.
6. Deposit and final payment deadlines:
A deposit of 10% of the value of the PNR or $50, whichever is greater, is required for groups confirmed 55 or more days prior to departure.

8. Refunds
Send all requests for refunds of deposits and group tickets to National Railroad Passenger Corp., Attn: Route Dept., 55 East Monroe Street, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL 60603.
9. Approval of promotional materials:
All promotional materials, fliers, brochures, etc., must be approved prior to printing. For approval, call the Amtrak Service Center at 800.525.2550.
