2009 Registration Fees — payable to NTA in U.S. funds:

  • Tour Operator Registration — $180.
  • Spouse/Companion Registration — $110
  • Sightseeing/Receptive Operator Early-bird Registration (form and payment must be received prior to May 1, 2009) — $230
  • Sightseeing/Receptive Operator Regular Registration (form and payment must be received after May 1, 2009, or invoice option) — $280

 

Registration Procedures

  • A separate registration form or online registration must be completed for each registrant. Make copies of the original form as needed.

  • Please note that payment must be included to take advantage of the early-bird rate.
  • Tour operator members may use credit cards to pay their registration fees. NTA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

 

Tour Operator Spring Meet Registration Policies

Registration Policies

  • Attendance is limited to NTA tour operator and sightseeing-receptive members and their spouses/companions. A limited number of NTA suppliers and DMOs will be on site as sponsor representatives. However, suppliers and DMOs will not be permitted access to tour operator-only events.
  • Attendees must be at least 18 years of age and an employee or contractor of the member organization and must receive income for his/her service and/or serve as a member of the organization's governing body. Children are not permitted to register or attend any meetings or events.
  • Spouse/companion registration allows the individual to participate in sightseeing tours, Fam tours and evening social events only. This option does not allow admittance to any daytime meal functions, seminars or meetings/events (e.g., educational sessions, crackerbarrels, breakfasts or luncheons).

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • A 100% refund will be granted for written requests received by March 31, 2009.
  • A 50% refund will be granted for written requests received between April 1 and April 30, 2009.
  • No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 30, 2009.
  • Late cancellation due to illness of registrant, supported by a physician's statement, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made directly to NTA in writing on official company letterhead. These may be faxed to NTA headquarters at 859.226.4414.
  • Refunds will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departures.
